David Lloyd - Business Development Manager
David has over 15 years experience in sales and relationship development ranging from specialist recruitment for City law firms to selling large bespoke e-Learning programmes to corporates. He has a law degree and is familiar with the workings of legal practice - his most recent position being 'Client Relationship Manager' for Devon law firm.
With a philosophy of selling legal services that is both simple yet effective, David is expert at 'packaging' legal services for specific markets as an effective way of reaching out to commercial clients and giving them a good reason to instruct. David offers high level consultancy and support to help legal practices organise their services (and themselves) to attract new commercial clients.
Nicola Ward - Marketing Consultant & Project Manager
Nicola has over twenty years of marketing experience in a wide range of businesses and organisations from the Healthcare and Veterinary sectors to the Legal, Financial and Educational sectors .
As well as extensive experience with the professions, her career has also involved the planning and delivery of marketing projects for organisations and brands such as Truprint, Richer Sounds, First DataBank Europe and Dartington College of Arts. Nicola has advised many SMEs, helping them focus and direct their marketing effort for maximum results. Key skills are project management, communication, PR and design.

Tim is a copywriter and journalist.
Since 1996, Tim has worked on a freelance basis at every level in the newspaper and magazine industry. His work has featured in the local and national press, and in a variety of leading consumer magazines. Tim offers media consultancy to organisations that wish to benefit from the insights he has gained through his work as a journalist.
With a doctorate in ethics, Tim enjoys a parallel career in academia. His teaching experience, which includes lectureships at King’s College London and Exeter University, equips him to provide engaging training on copywriting and media liaison.

Richard has over 25 years in graphic design, having worked with agencies and design groups in Exeter, Manchester, Leeds and North Devon.
With a diverse range of graphic design projects in his portfolio (including the Co-Op, Grattan, Suttons Seeds and the South West Tourist Board), Richard relishes the creative challenge of working with both larger and smaller companies.
