Brief
As a clinical research organisation which specialises in experimental medicine for Central Nervous System disorders, the requirement was for the planning of an important trade event attended by a leading scientific community as well as potential clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solution
An innovative banner concept was created to provide a professional, eye catching exhibition stand. To promote P1Vital, a range of supporting literature and promotional materials were designed. This included the banner and plinth, A1 posters, company leaflet, branded USB keys, scientific summary sheets and exhibition stand accessories provided to optimise delegate interaction.
A successful event resulted in the client achieving valuable, new contacts for the company and an enhanced profile amongst key industry stakeholders.
